1. Before payment
You may withdraw a request at any time before payment. There is no cancellation fee because work has not started.
2. After payment but before work begins
You may request cancellation for a full refund if ResumeJobFit has not started reviewing, analyzing, drafting, or preparing your order. Payment-processor fees may be deducted only where they are nonrefundable and where permitted by law.
3. After work begins
Because the service is personalized, payments generally become nonrefundable once work begins. If you cancel after work starts but before delivery, ResumeJobFit may provide a partial refund based on the uncompleted portion, at its reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law.
4. After delivery
Completed customized work is generally nonrefundable. One reasonable revision within the original scope is included when requested within seven calendar days of delivery. A new job description, target role, or substantially expanded request is a new service.
5. Service problems
Contact us promptly if you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, a duplicate charge, or work that materially differs from the confirmed scope. We will first attempt correction, replacement, or completion. Where correction is not reasonably possible, an appropriate partial or full refund may be issued.
6. Missed outcomes and processing time
No refund is provided solely because a résumé does not pass a particular ATS, an employer does not respond, or the customer does not receive an interview or job offer. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not remove cancellation, refund, chargeback, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your location.

Until a branded support email is activated, use the request form on the ResumeJobFit home page. Select “Interview Guide” so no résumé is required, enter “Privacy or legal request” as the target role, and explain your request in Special instructions. Do not attach identity documents or other sensitive records.
