1. How AI may be used
ResumeJobFit may use AI-assisted tools to compare your résumé with a job description, identify relevant themes and terminology, organize information, and produce an initial draft or editing suggestions. AI supports the service; it does not independently decide whether you qualify for a job.
2. Human review
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, biased, or inappropriate. ResumeJobFit reviews and edits materials before delivery. Human review reduces risk but cannot eliminate every error.
3. Accuracy and no fabrication
We instruct our process not to invent experience, employers, education, credentials, licenses, achievements, or performance figures. We may reframe truthful information and align terminology with a job posting. You are responsible for confirming that every statement accurately reflects your background before submitting it to an employer.
4. Your information and third-party tools
Providing the service may require sending relevant résumé and job-description text to a third-party AI provider. We aim to share only what is necessary and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Do not upload information you would not want processed for the service. Handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Fairness and limitations
AI can reflect limitations or bias in training data. ResumeJobFit does not use protected characteristics to assess job suitability and does not promise an objective hiring probability or universal ATS score. Any match language is guidance, not an employer decision or guarantee.
6. Your control
You may ask questions about material edits and use your included revision to correct or refine the document within the original scope. If you do not want AI-assisted tools used, state that in Special instructions before paying; we will confirm whether a non-AI service can be offered.
Contacting ResumeJobFit
Until a branded support email is activated, use the request form on the ResumeJobFit home page. Select “Interview Guide” so no résumé is required, enter “Privacy or legal request” as the target role, and explain your request in Special instructions. Do not attach identity documents or other sensitive records.
